Melba has already been used by 170k couples, mostly in France, and is expanding its business to the US soon.

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and creative Social Media Manager to join our team on a freelance basis. As the Social Media Manager for Melba in the US, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and user acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a social media content calendar aligned with Melba's brand voice, values, and marketing objectives.
• Create compelling, engaging content for various social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok and Youtube Shorts (to be discussed)
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages, and engage with our community to foster positive interactions and build brand loyalty.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate social media campaigns, promotions, and partnerships.
• Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the performance of campaigns and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure Melba remains at the forefront of digital marketing.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands, preferably in the lifestyle, wellness, or relationship space.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting compelling content that resonates with target audiences.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas for engaging social media content and campaigns.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
